Hosted by Aegean University (EU) and with the support of Hypospadias International Society (HIS), "5. Within the scope of the "World Hypospadias Congress", a surgical workshop was held in the operating room of Ege University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Pediatric Surgery. Surgical interventions performed simultaneously in two operating rooms were transferred to the EU Faculty of Medicine Muhiddin Erel Lecture Hall, where the congress participants were present.

Ege University Media Application and Research Center (EGEMM) has represented Ege University in the best possible way in numerous important national and international scientific events regarding live surgery surgery since 1986. EGEMM, which enables Ege University to provide publishing services at international standards with its own resources with its equipment and trained personnel capacity, not only produces pre- and post-graduation educational content for medical education in the field of health with its video production department, but also continues to provide audiovisual support in the realization of projects for the public.
